Cancellation policy

Relentless Grind Coffee Company Subscription Terms

 

Billing. Coffee club subscriptions bill monthly on the 1st of each month. Your first payment is taken when you place your order. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

 

Member discount. Active subscribers receive 10% off their subscription orders, including any items added to a subscription.

 

Cancel anytime. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time from your account, and you will not be billed again.

 

Skip, pause, or change. From your account you can skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, change how much you receive, or swap between our coffees. Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to that order.

 

Delivery. Orders are delivered free to addresses inside our local delivery area. Orders outside that area are shipped and charged at checkout.
